The guy ignored my request for the VIN and marked it as sold Thursday. Seems like most people want at least $4000 for rollers. This quest is going to take longer than I would like. Such is life.

Sometimes with luck they just pop up. Wasn't really in full search mode other than looking for stuff for my car but tripped over one we missed out on then found two more & ended up with his '79 off Craigslist. Didn't run at first but turned out to be a complete runner that just needs stuff done to fix what just went bad from sitting for 14 years. If we fix the rear brake lines & replace the rubber fuel lines at the tank it should be Pa road legal.

I’m not too concerned about it running. Obviously if I can buy one in running condition for a good price I would consider it but my ultimate goal is a resto mod so I would be pulling the drivetrain from the car anyway. To me as long as the frame is good and the body isn’t too bad its in the running.
