Intake manifold gasket

Ive do rtv on the intake ends and thin layer of rtv around all the ports and coolant ports. No leaks.

260 Valley Pan sets are still available for the small square ports. Fel Pro - MS96026, Mahle - MS 15944 or Victor Reinz 101005901.

Nothing, just be aware the gasket is considerably larger than your head opening. Regular ports on top, your 7A ports on the bottom.

Unfortunately they are in a different spot, at the top vs his middle small port 307 heads.

MS96039 is the right gasket for your 85-up roller V8.

MS96027 is the gasket for the flat-tappet 307. Also happens to fit 350 and 403 as well.

The resident expert saves the day, I thought these were discontinued. Looks like Rock Auto and Ebay vendors have it. Amazon and Summit do not.

You should be fine, just try not to knock a bunch of crud in the motor.
