Iroc wheels?

Those wheels are a direct bolt on, no adapters needed. However, in some instances a thin wheel spacer might be needed up front. In my case, the insides of the rims came very close to the tie rod ends. One side, it actually knocked a weight off.
You'll also need lugnuts with the proper shoulder. Different than your common steel rim lug nuts.

Incidentally , the backspace on those rims are 4.25". You could find the center caps for them reasonably if you look around.
When they were on the first generation S10 Blazer, they had a pretty cool looking center cap.
