You'll also need lugnuts with the proper shoulder. Different than your common steel rim lug nuts.

Thanks that's the answer I was looking for. I'll give the guy a call today.
 
Incidentally , the backspace on those rims are 4.25". You could find the center caps for them reasonably if you look around.
When they were on the first generation S10 Blazer, they had a pretty cool looking center cap.

Not a Regal but here is my 87 sitting on 16" Irocs fronts on the rear ... rears on the front.
