Is the G-body Bonneville hood the same as GP's?

Hood is really the only unique sheetmetal part on them, fenders/ front doors/decklid are the same as lemans from 78-on, rear doors Lemans or Malibu sedan 81+, front doors are same as Malibu 78-83, deck lid is same as Malibu 78-83, wagons are the same from the front doors back, including quarters/tailgate/bumper.

Hood is 82-86 Bonneville only

This is my '83 Bonnewagon. The nose is from an '81 LeMans, the hood is '79 LeMans (EDIT: same as Grand Am) The fenders, doors, and all else are Bonneville. The parts bolted up fine except for the different side molding which I still haven't found. GP fenders are best for GP nose but won't fit 4 doors without a lot of work..

The Bonnewagon is awesome!

I was hoping I had choices for a donor hood. I want to have a cowl induction scoop and have the option to go back to stock if I don't like it.

And I'm making notes for possible future needs......

Oh crap! That's right Doug. I remember now, I was going to make a Grand Am wagon because the GP was too different. Then the LeMans stuff fell into my lap. IS MY FACE RED!!! 😱 I guess at my age I can chalk it up as a "senior moment". By the way since that is a parts chaser/fishing car I painted it with a paint brush using some left over boat paint and it is very durable.
