Hi There, this is my first post....
I'm interested in this car:

One Owner
1979 Regal Limited
301 4.9 Pontiac V8
135K
Garaged Since New.
$3500

What do you think?

Thanks

only if you were trying to keep it all original...but me i'd be snatching that 301 out...offer him 2000-2500 and see if he gets froggy...

Thanks...

I'd keep it original. It'd be a cruiser. I'd wash it, wax it, maintain it.

Maybe put a nice new crate motor in it when I become bored with the lame 301 and have the money.

if that car is half as clean underneath as it is in the pictures that's worth $3,500 all day long..IMO

buy a car that needs body work and you'll learn to appreciate the value of a body like that real quick, you can never replace the original

if that's the case I wouldn't have the nerve to try to talk her down...but that's me just me

I had a sweet 78 Regal in high school, and a really clean 86 T-Type a few years later.

I'd like to get another Regal.....can't really touch a nice 86 T-type at this point though.

I guess a little bit of "Location" plays into this as well... Where you are, these cars might be plenty in supply, thus the going rate might be lower...

up here where PontiacGP and I are, $3500 for a G that clean is a steel

like he said... if it's half as clean underneath, and in mechanicaly sound condition, I would scoop it up

NO WAY! You tell me where that is and I'll make sure you never have to look at that junk again! I mean until I start posting pics of it on here.
