as far as aluminum bumpers go, i was able to pick up a perfect one from a local junkyard for 50 bucks, so if the guy who owns it doesn't know wht he has, it goes for a steel bumper price
 
the aluminum hoods and core supports could be hidden on almost anything, it was a factory option that you will have to look up somewhere, more commonly they are found on the 79-80 range cutlass's but can be found in the later years.

here is a pic of one that had the aluminum hood, it appears the t45 code is what the code is for that hood. while vd6 and vd7 are the aluminum bumpers

What I really wish they had is a optional aluminum steering box, because that thing is very heavy in cast iron.
