Just ordered the rest of the fittings and lines to finish my fuel system. Also picked up a set of drag springs for the front. Progress is going to be slow as school just started up. Stay tuned for pics of the new parts!
The CORRECT springs finally came from summit today. I will be putting these on along with my new front calipers, ceramic pads, and stainless brake lines to top off my manual brake swap.
I am having issues getting this fuel system to work. The pump is a eldebrock 1711 pump ran off the block. I bought this pump NIB for cheap so this is what I have to work with. I went with an off the shelf feed neck from summit to feed the 750 Holly. My vision was to come out of the pump and put the regulator right at the end of the feed neck. I would then make a bracket off the intake to support the extra weight from the regulator. After a quick mock up, I feel that the fuel line going down to the pump is to close for my own comfort. Can you guys shoot me a pm of a picture of your current fuel system if they are similar. I am running all stainless lines with AN-6 fittings.

BTW picked up a set of electric fans from the yard Saturday!

Got the front end done last weekend. New Trick Springs, New calipers and new brake lines. Car sits low, I'm afraid it might be to low for street use. Still going to drive it, but I think the tires are going to rub in the front. New front tires might come, but will have to wait. Put the fuel system together last Saturday. Turned out great, glad I waited and spent the extra money on braided hose, etc.

New wheels for the car. Needed to go with bigger back spacing due to the rear being out of an ABODY car, not a G. Mocked them up last night but had the wrong lug nuts. Should have this car on the road in the next couple weeks. The track opens March 17th so that's my deadline!
UPDATE!
Been working on the car everyday after work/school the past two weeks to get the car buttoned up. The brakes are done, tires getting mounted on the drag lites. I should be able to have the car ready for next weekend's season opener at the track. Anyone from St. Louis going to gateway next weekend? (3/17)
