Sad thing is... this billionaire had all that money to have the submersable built correctly for its purpose, use the best matterials available along with all the saftely equiptment needed, but had it built like a stingy arse, and paid the ultimate price that took others with him. :wtf:

They took the cheapest way to do it at $250,000 and assumed it was safe. It was the assumption (*ss-u-me) that really did happen. Willing to bet the signed a contract to not sue the company.
