That H11A maybe the date code for production

That would probably make sense. I think the car was a late 1986 build because a lot of the parts has 1986 stamped or stickered on them. The radio, the back seat, and the door panels all had 1986 marked on them. I've never found a build sheet, although it could possibly be above the headliner, I've never had the board down. If it's not there, I don't have it.

Today's progress- column out, dash out, ducts out, all old jute padding out.

The trouble spot-

And oh yeahhhh... kinda forgot about this spot. Gonna have to do something there. Its hidden so I won't go crazy with it, but I will probably weld a patch over it.

I'm gonna try to find a better dash to put back in because this is what mine looks like under the dashmat-

And now I've got a(nother) nice big pile of parts to sort through.

Also met with member 39F who generously gifted me a nice core support and some nice inner fenders to use. Thanks again man!

Yep

Maybe someone on here has a shell they'd cut that panel out of so you'd have to do less work.

They do sell complete Regal dash caps now

I saw that, I'm gonna try to find an actual dash pad but if I come up blank I will be taking a closer look at the dash caps.

If you are referring to the firewall panel, that is my plan. For the kick panel I may just make a piece, but not sure. I have a couple sections of floor I'm gonna make a little nicer too.

Does Millerstown still have those GP's there? They all should be good in that part of the firewall.

Not sure if they are still up there, but I thought they cracked down on angle grinders. Also I think I found someone who is gonna hook me up.
