Sorry for this being so late guys, i have been busy with work, finals, and family problems. This months theme will complete the "generations" themes we have had for the last two months. So for this month '87-'88 model years only.

why i have an 87-88 model why i dont i give it a shot, these are all last summer pictures, before i removed the engine and started the rebuild! this is my 1987 oldsmobile 442, my third 87 442, it has 48,000 miles on it right now. everything is original but the exhaust. power everything and it even has the radio with the equalizer thing, and something i never seen before my center console has tape holders in it. :lol:

Not to sound like a dick, but here it is halfway through the month...I understand if you have been busy with work, finals and family problems....How much time does it take to make a post??? You have been doing a fine job, and we all could have put up to do what your doing, and I respect the fact that you stepped up and I commend your efforts!!..Not taking anything away from ya. But you took on this responsibility and we all look forward to the G Body of the Month!!!.It's on you....I hope you can work through what your dealing with !!!Only saying is all 8)

Not to sound like a dick, but here it is halfway through the month...I understand if you have been busy with work, finals and family problems....How much time as a MOD does it take to make a post??? You have been doing a fine job, and we all could have put up to do what your doing, and I respect the fact that you stepped up...Not taking anything away from ya. But as a MOD you are taking on a responsibility ands we all look forward to the G Body of the Month!!!.Only saying is all 8)

sorry to disappoint some of you who look forwards to GBOTM. dragcutlass(the other MOD who runs GBOTM with me) usually posts the thread for the month, and i have sent him a PM and i have not heard from him so i decided to post it before it was too late.
Also with school ending i no longer have my school issued laptop which now its gone i realized how much i used it to access GBF.

My car and car related things have been set aside for the past couple months since my 44 year old mother was medevaced to jefferson hospital the day after mothers day due to hemorrhaging in her head. She was in the IC unit for about 5 days and then transported to bryn mawr rehab were she had to relearn to use her left arm and leg. after about a month in rehab she was able to return home but still had limited mobility of her ankle which is why she needs a brace in order to walk. The scary part is it could happen again except be worse than the first time which could result in brain or memory loss. hopefully all goes well from here on out.

I just needed to vent to someone since my mom wanted only our immediate family to know so i had to keep this a secret from my moms friends who would ask were she was, and my friends.

Thank you for your concerns after the fact...

Sorry to hear about your Mom...I will keep you and your Family in my prayers!! Even though most of us members are complete strangers to each other..We kind of in a way know each other in some form or fashion. I hope you and your Family have a positive ending to your troubles. Good luck and wish your Mom well!!
