Rudy913, I see two bolt on the tail housing end of the trans, so it is a TH350 or TH250. See the blue plug on the driver’s side above the pan? That’s for the torque converter lockup. I bet it’s a TH250C.
Since you have a non-stock carb, the original cable needs to be adapted to work properly with the carb linkage. Get the adapter cited above. Once it’s installed, set the TV cable by pushing in the D-shaped button while rotating the throttle linkage to max. That sets the valve in the transmission to match the downshift to pedal position.
Finally, you’ll need to figure out a lockup circuit to make trans work properly. I have a post with diagram in my ‘about’ page.
