Two questions how do I tell if I have a 200R4 or a 2004R?

Second can I bolt ether to an LM7 with the 2200 stall and flexplate I have?

I am sorry I am new to these motors.

No such thing as a 200R4. It's a 2004R ( or 200-4R ) but many times incorrectly listed with the R before the 4. There is a 700R4 though. Notice on that the R is before the 4.

Ok thanks now I know that the person that told me it was a 200r4 was pulling my chain or is a idiot. lol

It's actually a very common mistake that I blame GM for. I mean what's the point in building 2 different transmissions and naming one with the R before the 4 and the other one with the 4 before the R? Seems pretty stupid and pointless to me but that's GM for you.

Good to know. I am still learning about all this stuff. I have been building imports for years before this. I am still building an 77 Celica with an 87 supra turbo drivetrain and suspension.

The spacer pn is 12563532 that is a gm part number. You will need longer bolts but i dont have those pn's .
To use the flexplate you will need to enlongate the mounting hole (inwards) like an 1/8 inch.

The only thing the spacer does is keeps the snout on the converter centered.

Good luck
