Looking for Thoughts on harbor freight scan tool

Did ever find cause of issue?

I was thinking IAC or TPS as well, but it could be mix of just about anything.

Actually yes I did I put in the Lucas oil and didn't do a damn thing. I put in the red bottle of lube guard the 1 or 2 oz tube and it took care of it instantly. I haven't bought a scan tool yet. I do know Innova makes them for harbor freight
