Looks Like a good deal

I would not think twice about buying it at that price. Just hurry, because the scrappers will go for it at that price since it's scrap value is more than the $200 asking price.

No matter what is wrong with it, you can get it better than new for under $5000.

A few months ago I bought a wrecked (But clean) '79 Olds Delta 88 for $150.00. I have pulled and kept the nice running Olds 350 engine for future use. I sold the TH400 transmission, the rear axle, the leather seats, the tires and wheels, and the steering column for a total of about $850.00. The wrecking yard then came and gave me $50 for the ramains of the car. The pulled running engine I would think is worth at least $500.00. $1250 net off of a $150 car, (minus a lot of elbow grease and cuts and bruises) I'd say I made out pretty good 😀 Offer her a hundred and a half, and even if the body and frame are not worth restoring, you can still keep what you want and make a good buck just off of parts you don't.

It's a deal at twice the price.
