What do you guys use? On modern cars, the wipers can basically be whatever, but on our cars the newer style wipers are taller and tend to get stuck under the hood. What are you guys using?

I have a set of originals & Trico Classics in natural/silver finish for when it gets back on the road. I used to have issues with certain newer types with the then in use Harwood even after trimming the hoods rear edge. Even with the original hood had some issues with some.
I'm glad you guys brought up this topic...and solution. I noticed after replacing my wiper blades with a "newer" version, they come uncomfortably close to the hood, whereas the original type arms and blades were a lower profile and there were no clearance issues.
Original arms and blades, with refills. Not a fan of all those plastic blades out there.
You're right about that, Brian.
I "had" the original blades, but couldn't find the refills. No one seems to carry the refills anymore. I guess they're making more money selling those crappy plastic replacements.
I mean, the newer beam type work great on new cars, but not on cars with concealed wipers. Plus, they look ugly.
