So you have a wire in the wrong spot not connected to cranking voltage. What year engine/harness are you using?

The computer and motor are from a 2002 Chevy extend a cab pickup

I installed a separate fuse block supplied from the battery with a 40 amp fuse. I believe they are on a 15 amp fuse in the new fuse block

Basic wiring would be one of the pinks needs to connect to ignition relay that powers the ignition circuit.

Ok. I have found my current problem

I installed a fuse block for the motor that has a master 40 amp power relay. The 12 v ignition wire to this relay does not have power when the motor is being turned over

Ran a new 12 v wire for the power relay.

And it fired right up

what if my cable shifter does not want to apply the park it stays on reverse? what can i do about that?

Disconnect linkage put both the transmission and shifter in neutral. Then tighten down. Should work
