Lug Nut Sizing?

I have some American Racing TT2's for my daughter's '82 Elky, but don't know what size lug nuts to buy. Are these metrtic or standard, and what size? She wants to start rollin on these! Thanks!

'82 should be metric. 12mmx1.5

I know on the Cutlass they used 7/16" studs from '78 thru '81 and then switched to metric from '82 thru '88. So I'm assuming the El Camino's were the same.
