What type of Lug Nut should my W30 wheels have?

The Lug nuts I have just don't look right, they dont seem to fit the holes,

They likely should be conical seat lug nuts.
 
yeah, see that makes more sense, it has the acorn type on the back, conical seat type on the front, and I know that isn't right, so I guess ill be buying some lug nuts, just one more thing to add to the list I guess haha

Acorn just refers to the style of lug nut not the seat type. Most if not all acorn lug nuts are conical seat. At least the ones I've ever used were.

Doing a little research tough and its possible they could be ball seat nuts as well. :?
 
ya those are a special lug just for that rim.......they are like a top hat on top, with lower tube that goes in the hole. the top hat rim is like a built in washer. i suppose you could use a aftermarket set with a large washer on it. any other lug would work......but would be pretty unsafe.
I found some that look similar, but the sleeve on the bottom that goes into the wheel hole would be a little longer. below is the link
