. Interior plastics, front fenders, header panels, tail lights, wiring harnesses... are on the way.
But will the aftermarket go with what I call the "SS marketing" method of putting parts out there. Just like the earlier generation of A-bodys, most if not all parts reproduced are for SS cars (& similar sister division cars.) Have anyone ever tried to find specific parts for a Chevelle 300?Jack, I couldn't agree more. I truly liked GBody cars from the get go. ALL of them.... With the emerging popularity, and affordability of the GBody, the Aftermarket WILL step up. There's a "Market" now, and they will respond to it. It's always about the $$$, and they know they are leaving it on the table, by not responding. I believe in the next (10) years, you will be able to buy just about anything for our cars, just like all the 60-70's cars you see completely restored, and not using (1) junkyard part. Interior plastics, front fenders, header panels, tail lights, wiring harnesses... are on the way.
Honestly, I’d be thrilled if we just got some exterior and trim re-pops, and (as exhaustively noted elsewhere) wagon-specific fuel senders!
That's a good point. man. You could understand why there's more parts repop'd for the popular models...like SS' and the like. But will the aftermarket go with what I call the "SS marketing" method of putting parts out there.
