Manual transmission fluid or additive?

I used to run the Slick 50 80w-90 the last time the car was on the road (early 2000's) & it was great in the Saginaw. But I haven't seen it in years.

Thanks very much to everyone for your help and input on this. I think I'll start by draining the oil that's in there, and putting some fresh stuff in. We'll see how it goes from there. Thanks again for your help.
