I spent some time in Louisiana, in the OPP... 8)

Back to the snow, the Maritime's got it worse than we did in Ontario and it wasn't just more snow and higher winds

We got three feet of that white sh*t last night! Blows - looking fwd to spring to work on the Olds & Buick!

Keep that stuff down east. South of us has got a lot more snow. We got 40 inches of rain last year, plain ridiculous.

Actually, our average snowfall has gone down the last couple of years. Now we only get maybe 2 snowfalls that drop 1 foot or more with the rest giving us 2-6 inches. We even get 1 or 2 heat waves now in winter with temps above freezing that melts a lot of it between snowfalls. Of course this means we have lots of ice to deal with 😢

Nice one there Lorenzo, hope you got good tires 😀 . Here in Quebec we`ve had a law in place for 4 years now mandating winter tires for all cars between dec 15 and march 15. Good thing.

I think my favourite part was getting up at 4am Saturday morning just to shovel the 3 foot high by 4 foot thick plow mound across my 2 car driveway so I could get out to go to work. Or maybe getting stuck on my street Friday night after work before the plow even went by. Got just in front of my house after 10 minutes of backing up to get runs at it. Had to leave the car in the street and shovel a path into the driveway lol. First time I've ever gotten stuck lol!

 Man have I been there too many times to count  . Just as you get your driveway cleaned and your car pulled in, BAMM, here comes the snowplow again to leave you another fresh snowbank to shovel. That`s one of the reasons I drive a subaru in the winter. Damm thing is like a little tank in the snow.

Here we got around 6". Good for me! Snow removal is a big business. I made about 2 weeks pay in 15 hours. And my little dakota on 31" mud terrains has NO problems in the snow. No need for 4wd, even going through the plow-made snow banks. Plus it can haul 2 snow blowers and all the other gear.
Let it snow! $$$
