I just swapped in a th400 into my 1985 monte with column shift. It was originally a metric trans. I am having trouble connecting the column shift linkage to trans..... the lever on the trans doesnt lineup/mount to the th400. Is the lever differnt for th400 and metric trans? what would be the correct lever and wher to get it.
