how do you know all the glass is even going to fit? even the rear side windows a different shape... :blam:
it wont be welded on by the sides of the windows, only the top. ive thought these things through already.

whats wrong with the roof on the cutlass? if your going to sell it anyway why waste a bunch of time? put it into something your going to keep for yourself. if you havent cut the cutlass roof yet, STOP!! just because itsa cutlass, doesnt mean you have to go cutting sh*t lol :blam:

..okay so, what, am i out four hundred bucks then? wasting my money on a monte carlo? whats the deal there?

id take whatever i could off of it and scrap the rest for 100 bux. dont get me wrong im not trying to discourage you it just seem like ALOT of wasted hours in my opinion. I too spent a bunch of time repairing a frame rail and trunk pan one winter just for the fun and experience of it, but switching roofs is pretty major man and considering the shape of those t-tops, why bother. once again its only my opinion but if i was gung-ho to cut a roof off id either grab the same car so i know the demensions are perfect, or just chop a couple inches off and slam the roof like an old gangster car. i owned a 85 cutlass with t-tops a few years ago and i was all pumped about them until i got stuck at a light and began frying in the sun, after a few rounds of that. they barely came off again :blam:
