Do they come up on the drivers or passengers side?

They come up on the passenger side. I can get you a pic in a few. I just so happened to drive the Monte today.

I actually took pics for someone else of the fuel lines a while back. I'll post them. If you need a different pic, let me know. Excuse the dirty engine bay, the car is a 31 year old survivor that get used as a daily driver on occasion.
