Monte Carlo aero coupes differential

What differential was offered from the factory in the aero coupes. Was it the 7.5 or 8.5?

Same as a regular ss...7.625 (7 5/8) rear

Thanks. Came across a Craigslist ad about an aero coupe differential that the seller listed as an 8.5 3:73 posi. He wanted $200 for it which is still a good price for a 7.625. Maybe I should still go have a look just in case if it is a 8.5.

Yeah it would b a good deal either way. The 8.5 only came in 1984 up GN, T type, Hurst, 442.
