Wellston, OK
I'd guess probably the usual 6mmx1.0 (10 mm head) that is common on pretty much every car today as well as our metric cars

Body shop supply place (probably have to buy a box of each), maybe parts store (more expensive), or if you have a collision shop nearby they might sell you what you need.

That's a 10mm, you want (I think) 6mm. Check with the Monte guys, but that's what is usually used in that type of application.

10mm is equivilent to a 3/8 bolt, pretty big for a spoiler

Try this https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=m6+body+bolt&tag=gbody-20

The U nuts come in different lengths, you'll want to measure how far the hole where the bolt goes through is from the edge of the part

Shame you aren't closer, I have a bunch of that stuff, we could match up what you needed.

McMaster Carr has them under the Auveco brand. You might try AutoZone, Napa, etc. or better hardware stores. Body shop supply store will have them in bulk.
