Monte carlo ss seatbelts

I wrapped my rear deck tray and forgot how the rear seatbelts bolts go in. Here are some pics can someone tell me if there in the right way or how they should go in and how the belts should be . Are those things that hold the belts suppose to point in what direction. Thanks
