Based on the chart I should probably switch out to the 5604 or 5664 . Which would be better? not sure my thought process is correct. 5604 looks like it would "lift" my front end a bit and handle more front end weight. the 5664 would "lower" front end a bit and be a stiffer ride?

I wasn't going for stock ride height but I have Moog 5608 front springs in my Monte with my 565 BBC

Your car looks great. How would you say the front end rides with those springs? Floaty/soft? Maybe more like a stock SS with the stock engine? Even firmer than that?

It is nearly impossible to say without knowing exactly which springs you currently have. The 5604s have the lowest spring rate, which wouldn't make your nose any less floaty over bumps. The 5664s go all the way to the other extreme, giving the firmest possible spring rate and thus the least amount of nose bounce. I have no idea what those springs would do to your static ride height, though.

I would say it would be comparable to how a stock SS would ride, somewhat firm, not floaty and handles well for a car with frontrunners on it.
I also have a lot of reinforcements thoughout the car along with suspension and chassis upgrades but to me it feels very balanced when driving and not front end heavy.

This is fantastic news. Thanks for sharing. By the way, what size are those front tires?

no matter how heavy the engine or how tall the springs are the expansion travel is limited in the front by the upper control arm and the compression travel is restricked by the stops on the lower control arms so you have no worries

Best simple explanation out there. Underrated post!
