Is there a trick to getting the bolts in besides cutting into the frame? Ive tried a socket extension and cant quite get the angle needed.
I put my bolts in through the top (not sure if that’s the correct way or not), and used wrenches where I could and a wobble extension through where the lower control arm mounts. Plenty of cursing involved either way.

An extendable pick up magnet tool also works for getting the bolts up in there.

Technically they go in from the top at the factory. In a swap with the suspension in that's the hardest way, but if you got it then great. Good on you.

I have mine bolts from the bottom but with no body on the frame gives some extra space to access the holes.

For the two lower/outboard holes, I used short bolts, and the box end of a skinny combination wrench through the fuel line hole for mine to get the two lower bolts on each mount. To prevent dropping the nut while trying to get it installed, put some masking tape around it while it is in the wrench, and cut away the opening for the bolt threads on the top of the nut. After getting the threads started, you can pull the wrench out, peel off the tape, then reinsert the wrench to finish tightening the bolt/nut. As you already know, it will be difficult trying to work it by feel. You might want to leave them just a little bit loose for positioning until the engine half has been connected to the frame half, then finish tightening.
For the upper/inboard hole I believe that I used a wobbly extension on a universal joint.
