Muffler question

today I notice my car was sound loud
, so I look under my car and find this
Is this easy to fix ?

That looks like someone chopped off the Y pipe and did a bad weld to dual exaust to coble it together I also noticed the crimped pipe on the other side to clear the cross member I'm guessing someone took the cheeper way out to do dual exhaust. Can you weld? It looks pretty restrictive so down the road I would upgrade without seeing it in person it looks like it can be cobbled together with a 90 or even just temporarily welded but down the road I would say 1 get a dual exhaust cross member 2 maybe headers or just a dual exhaust kit there are kits available for cars with manifolds but headers improv performance however when installing them you will need to be creative with brackets depending on what engine you are running

Got it temporarily fix for now
Went to a muffler shop and they charge me $35

I could use a pair right now. The muffler fell off the Monte Carlo the other day. Seems that my weld held just fine. The metal on the Y-pipe broke! I haven't had time to fix it yet. Open exhaust V6's don't sound nearly as cool as open exhaust V8's. Lol

I DOnt care for v6s
