nice car....

but there's one thing that gets me....

Why not detail the engine compartment? run the plug wires, hoses, and the other wires laying here and there out of sight?, and trim that air cleaner stud...

I guess it's just me, but I love a nicely detailed engine compartment...

Same thing I was thinking. It is a great looking engine but could definitely use some clean-up detailing 8)
 
Made some progress today. trimed the air cleaner stud, shortened and repositioned the breather can hose (now only 6" instead of 3 feet, removed the power steeringand swap on a manual box. repositoned the plug wires. Goals for next weekend are to convert to manual brakes (good bye ugly booster). thnaks to everyone for their comments.
