What’s up a Fellow Gbody owners! I just purchased a 87 Ttop 442 project. I’m looking forward to bringing it back to life. The car had been sitting for a while so it has quit a bit of surface rust. It’s running all original and doesn’t seem to be missing anything. I want to keep the original SSIII wheels on it but they are a little rusty. Could anyone advise how to get them shiny again?

Cool car man... Hope the floor, frame, T top area is clean.

Future plans?

If it's not too forward or rude of me to ask, what did it set you back? I almost bought one in Jamaica, Queens, NY. A few months ago for a grand just for parts not running, before the dude got wise and realized it was worth a lot more than that. I literally just wanted to strip it for parts. Rear, shifter, trans, steering box, sway bars. Thought about swapping the dash in into my car too. Was pretty dissappointed when he backed out.
