I just posted some of my favorite mods. There are lots of others. I have ARP polished 12 point bolts for nearly everything including the chassis. They are stronger than grade 8s and give the added detail. I have the interior here already. I went with black leather and reproduction 55 Belair gray straw cloth inserts. Also have a black suede headliner. I have the new Weld RT-S series wheels. 18x9 rears and 17x7 fronts. They have a black center that will give the car that aggressive look I'm after. It took me several months of saving to get them. I've never paid more for each wheel in my life. Lol http://www.jegs.com/i/Weld-Racing/927/77HB8095B61A/10002/-1

As said, awesome fab skills and I have to add, great vision! Being able to see those possibilities and then doing them-really love it.
I don't have skills or vision, which is why I'm on here looking at everybody else's!

Those wheels are gonna look killer with that paint scheme! My bodyguy has a 55 that will look sharp...but he doesn't give as much attentoon to detail as alot of us do. Over the course of my cutlass being at his place I've had to have things addressed to please my neurotic tendencies.

I enjoy little custom touches on cars, even if it takes that extra bit of time and effort to look right!

Well done sir, anxious to see the final result.

That's quite a transformation from 4-dr sedan to convertible. I guess there was no top,( carson top or otherwise) or side windows for that matter. It looks cool never the less.

Lot's of custom work on this '55. I'm sure a lot of purists would hate this car but I think it's awesome.
