my 78 malibu with a corvette drive train

hows it goin gbf family, im new on this site but not new to Gbodys, i am puttin together my car but i have a fuse box problem, none of my headlights or taillights work. i took a test light and tested every fuse spot on the box and there is no power getting to the box. how can i fix this myself? what do i look for? how do i trouble shoot? any answers or ideas will be greatly appreciated!

nice to have you here. Wish I could answer your question, but I suck with electrical, so I'll let someone else field that.
What kinda Vette driveline do you have?
 
hope this helps, The power to the fuse block comes from the fuse links at the starter and the Ignition switch.
