My First Ever Project--1980 Cutlass Supreme

Just picked up a few cans of this for my wheel wells, under carriage, and gas tank hope it goes well lol.

Before and after pics of the under carriage and stuff i used that rust-oleum undercoat let me know what you all think?

It's looks ok to me ill say.

Rare factory black bucket seat interior! Please tell me you threw, or burned that steering wheel? Did you powerwash the underneath before coating it? You going to install the factory gauge package? Good luck with the build

I haven't seen many with black interior lol never knew it was rare, and darn i kind of liked that steering wheel haha but really it threw off the interior i'm going to grab a black one from summit, yes i did i used purple power and about a hour of pressure washing, and are you talking about the factory rally pack?
 
Yep either 79 or 80 was the last year for black interior. good, you gotta clean itbefore sealing everything with the undercoating. yea factory rallye pac

I want to but the extra wiring sounds difficult to put in.
 
Can't go wrong for $500, I love that wood grain steering wheel I have a similar looking wheel in my D88 just darker and walnut not mahogany.

Those wheels are popular in TX sure it wouldn't be hard to sell if you don't use it.

Thanks it's alright i think i will end up selling it though.
 
Pic of the last coat of undercoating and i just sanded and sprayed the rear end housing because i was bored lol but what you think?

O i also did the Gas take with the same undercoat.
