This is high temp engine paint so it should hold up pretty good. The body color is a little darker.

I changed my.mind.. Repainted intake same orange color.. Snagged black valve covers and air cleaner. The black intake was gonna be too much black.

I didnt care for the silver lettering... so I made it match.. here is a before and after

After the intake got painted.

Time to reinstall.....

Got her in and running... timed.. she sounds great... need to change the oil and get all the assembly oil out and get a few miles on her so i can drive it like its stolen... then it will be time to get started on body work

Took her out to terrorize the town for a bit... driving her like I stole her.

Need a little help.. got a line on an 84 supreme for a parts car for mine... Only obvious exterior issues I saw was a dented driver door, and rusted rear bumper, it even has the front left chrome piece that everyone is in search of. All the lights are in place but faded from the sun, there is no motor or trans in the car (which is fine, I dont need it and wouldnt have a use for it), it is a half top car with all the trim present.. ALL the trim. The interior has normal wear and tear... nothing too terrible but the gold mine is the dash... dash is MINT!!! not a single crack.. cluster is perfect.. hvac perfect, glove box is perfect, column perfect. Door panels are perfect.. all bezels are in place, handles, pull straps.. everything.. all the interior trim is perfect.. seat have minor rubs and one small cut ( its a brougham interior which I do not care for though).. my question to you guys.. WHAT IS THIS THING WORTH?? Realistically??

Started hearing some tapping out of her last night when driving, limped her home... popped the valve cover off and the #1 intake rocker was looser than my ex... I was sweating all the way home last night hoping it was something small.. tightened her back up and run like a raped ape again..
