Necessary wiring in order to run

I just need to know what people have done at the body connector underneath the brake booster and wiper motor. The starter wires come out there but there's also a bunch of wires I don't need there either. There's two connectors bolted on at the same spot. The connector with the starter wires is on the left. I just don't want to cut wires and I'd like to keep that connector. Just wondering if anyone has pics of what they have done

The other group of wires that bolts to the firewall side of the fuse box is the front light harness, it feeds the front headlights, park lights, hons, wipers, brake warning light..

The wire from the starter is the power distribution wire. It powers the ignition switch, AC blower relay and goes to the alternator. The other one goes to the fuse box to power all key off loads and the headlight circuit breaker.

What is your plan for the car? Let us know exactly what you want to keep and we'll tell you what not to cut. Most people don't eliminate any of that harness for a street driven car. For a full out race car most gut all wiring and then install what they need.

I'm looking to gut all engine wires other than the bare bones.i want to keep the factory connectors that connects underhood to fuse panel but I don't want the wires on the engine side. I will take pics soon once I pull the inner fender wells again. Basically my major intention is keeping my factory ignition switch on the column and multifunction switch for wipers turn signals etc. everything else like hvac radio etc can go. So basically pics from anyone who has experience would help. Btw thank you again for the super quick responses!!!!
