That looks like an AC High temp compressor cutout relay. According to the book, it's GM part number 10031837. Isn't that the one mounted near the accumulator?
Electrical CSM says there's supposed to be 2 of those small-ish relays by the accumulator. I only saw one. One is the compressor control relay and the other is for the engine over temp cutout relay.
WTF. Doesn't make any sense. Service manual talks about 258 degrees the coolant switch sends a signal to that relay to cut the compressor off to help cool down the condenser to quit adding heat to the coolant system.
