need advice on a 4 point racing harness.

im looking at getting a 4 point harness for my 83 cutlass supreme. i am going to be mounting bucket seats from a 84 camaro into the car. can anyone help me with this? heres the harness im gonna be getting.

Is it certified? How are you mounting it? Do you have a roll bar/cage to mount the shoulder straps to? What brand is that? Looks like a cheap Ebay knock-off.

Just looked at their website and they give virtually NO specifics about these other than they are extremely cheap.

Personally I'd stick with a name brand with an SFI rating like RCI, RJS, Gforce, Schroth, etc. or one that is DOT approved as most racing harnesses are not approved for street use.

Schroth has a nice setup that combines a racing harness with a locking retractable reel similar to the stock 3-point seat belt.

those belts are under $50 for both sides....we pay alot more than that for one set of SFI belts and our's come with an expiry date. I would never compromise safety equipment for appearance or money
 
ive been trying to find a setup that i can mount without havin to have a roll bar. any sugestions?
 
You don't have to use a cage to mount the belts but it does allow for the easiest mounting and keeping the correct belt geometry for safety.
