I am building an olds 455 for my 1986 buick regal, i am having trouble finding headers to fit that swap.Does anyone know of any or will i just need to get a good set of manifolds.....Also the car has a 200-4r transmission in it,i have never ran anything with one of those trans in it so just wondering if it will hold up behind a daily driver 455.

A stock 200-4R won't last long. Plan on upgrading it to handle the power, but unfortunately it's not cheap.
I ended up going with a TH-400 instead.

Hooker sells headers for the 455 Olds into a G-body for about $500...
I bought mine un-coated, then test fit them to check for clearance. I only had to pound on them a little bit, and then I had them ceramic-coated.

A nice set of re-pop manifolds would do just fine on the street, and cost less too.
