So we went to the junkyard looking for the exhaust found a car with a 350 in it with duals, they look perfect their straight back not cat no muffler with glass pipes and chrome tips.
They are perfect.

But what we had a problem with is they go above the rear end and were having trouble getting them out from the rear end we turned them side ways nothing worked.
He want's to cut them off and I don't want that at all these are perfect and would bot right up in mine perfectly.
So I don't want to cut these off.

I know there has to be a more simple/easier way to get these off without cutting.

Thank you so much in advance, God Bless.

Drop the rear end.

Drop the rear end is one option...or...If they have been welded together, you have to cut them to get them off. Cut them as close the bends over the axle but leave enough straight pipe to use to connect them back together later. Gotta get the car up high enough as to be able to turn down the pipes from the back and remove them. Shouldnt need to cut them more than once. Wish i coulda found those! I need the exact set up your are describing...btw, ur cable is on the way!

if you do remove the rear end to get them off then you'll have to remove the rear end in you car to install them if you don't want to cut them

I know I got lucky to have found them, it was the first car we looked at too.
Thank you so much I guess that's what I am going to.
Thanks again for the cable.

There we go haha, I guess were cutting them, cause I am not trying to go through that much just for exhaust, I appreciate you putting that into perspective.

I got them off without cutting them by dropping the gas tank out.
So were going to cut them tomorrow and new elbows because the ones have holes in them so I am going to get new elbows and clamp them.

Were going to have them done by tomorrow, I am going to try and get pictures of them before they go on to show you what I got and for only 32$!!

So I will give you all pictures with them off and then on and then take a video of my car running with them on.
Thanks to all of you for the help.

Quick question, I decided to take a lesser load, I cut the exhaust a little after the glass packs and dumped it before the rear end.

I am wondering how all this will sound/look and ride?
I see there are a few on here that heave them.

So I am just wondering about his all now.

Please respond and thanks.
