Any before and after measurements on the 79 green machine? My Cutlass is currently at 25 1/2" all the way around, been trying to figure out if 1" drop springs would do anything or if I'd need 2" since my springs are sagging already
I have a note to take some measurements on Monday or most likely Tuesday when the sale slows down.
We've found that the 1" springs tend to look roughly stock while the 2" tucks the tires a bit and gives it the cool Pro Tour look.
275/35-18Craig, what size tires on front for your Monte? I'm picking up my frame this week, my strange axle will be done in 3 weeks, so your stage 11 goes on then. With my 8" vette ralleys, I'm trying to determine if 225x65x15 will fit on the front of my 78... Look forward to posting pics for you guys.

That's pretty interesting for comparison. I just measured mine, the front frame is at 7.5" and the rear is at 8". This is with 26" tall tires in the front and 255 (27") tires in the rear.
So based upon your car, the 1" drop springs might raise it slightly, where the 2" will have it about the same height. Do you have any issues with the front tires hitting the inner fenders?
