I purchased 2" drop spindles and 2" drop springs..what recommendations do you guys have for rear shocks? Also I seen this posted somewhere..what keeps the rear spring in location when car is jacked up? Since it's shorter will it just fall out?

The springs may not fall out of place but if they do Bilstein AK shocks come in a shorter length

Maybe I need those Billsteins because when I jack up the rear of the car my 2" drop springs can fall out of place. Even with the Belltech lowering shocks in there.

I have these in the rear,.....I have 1983 Phoenix springs in the back that I have cut so they are pretty short and they don't fall out with the short shocks

AK1052 - short rear
Compression: 11.28"
Extension: 17.20"
Valving: Linear

I have some chain laying around maybe I'll just use that!
