Right now the car is still on blocks. Would it be best to do the final bolt torquing with all 4 wheels on level ground? The reason for asking is that I feel the frame is a little off kilter due to the garage floor being uneven.
I think I would torque them with the weight of the car on the suspension, either on the floor, stands or ramps. Let the suspension absorb the unevenness of the floor.
