I'd break it in with some rotella or chevron 15w40 oil and Lucas or comp cam break in lube.

Are you running a flat tappet cam? I am guessing so or you probably wouldn't be asking. Brad Penn or Joe Gibbs break in oils are the best in my opinion.

just to add, in case you're confused about this "zddp" stuff... This is a zinc formula that helps lubricate flattappet cams. Before the late 80s, oils were rich in zddp content because most motors of the era used flattappet cams. Starting in the 90s, roller lifter cams dismissed the need for such lubricants. And thus, over the years, motor oil companies have slowly phased out zddp content in their oils.

a few "high performance" or "race" labeled oils still contain good amounts of this additive. Not just for break in, but to extend the life of your motor, it is recommended to use oils with high zddp, if you are using a flattappet cam.

AMSOil, Mobil 1, Valvoline, and some of the ones others have mentioned are great sources for high zddp content.
