Could somebody please tell me why I put in a brand new wiper motor brand new washer pump everything !now why did all of a sudden it stopped working again and when I say again, I mean this is the second motor I put in. I haven’t checked it. It just stopped just now and I need a therapist at this point

That's rough, man, sorry to hear about your luck. Do you think it's been bad remanufactured parts or is it possible that the wiring may be causing an issue due to low voltage making the motor drag or a bad ground causing feedback?

Check the wiring, there could be a short to ground somewhere damaging the wiper motor.

Could be a phantom Ground. It’s making me nuts

Thanks man. It’s got to be a ground at this point. Dez. At one point there has been a pretty strange fuse half melted. But so far it hasn’t ever blown sense I changed it.
I will check it again as the rain has stopped. Des
