Sebastian, your English is very good and your spelling is better than alot of us on here who have spoken English since birth. Why is that?

I hope not forgotten your questions.
Thank's very much, I am very happy to discuss with Americans.
Excuse me for my English, but I plan to Learn.

I wasn't being sarcastic, your English is extremely good and I was just wondering why.

Hello,
Yes the Wagon looks great here but no more Than the German sedan. The French are not too attracted to my car because prefers Muscle cars or 2 doors or oldtimer Cadillac...But I Love to ride my Malibu.
Yes for the Cruise Control and No for A/C. Tail Light is Europeen Tail Light for Wagon from 78 --> 83.
Front Turn Signal & Parking Light, Sealed Beam and Speedometer (Km/h) is also europeen.

I Looked on Vin Decoder for my Wagon: USA, General Motors, Chevrolet, Non-passive, Malibu Classic, Station Wagon, 1983, Baltimore, and Identifies the sequence of the Vehicle for Production.

Pics from europen Taillight:

Wow!! I remember looking for European taillights for my wagon for years. I had a friend in Sweden looking out for me and a guy in Luxembourg. They are hard to come by..especially in the states.
I think those may be '78 taillights. The back up light is in a different position compared to the '79-'83 lights.
Are they on your car now?
You cut up that black wagon pretty good...

That's a good way of doing it, the more you use English you'll find that alot of English words are similar to the French words. I used to work on aircraft and we had some modification parts come from an aircraft manufacturer in France. I was in Montreal at the time and there is alot of French Canadians there. When the drawing showed up for the installation of the components I had to translate the drawings to the French speaking guys because the French was so similar to English and they could not understand it. I did speak the French in Montreal but it's nothing like the French from France

So both wagons have (had) Euro lenses. Is the clear back-up lens in the same place on both sets? Maybe all Euro wagon/ El Camino lenses are the same.
You were trying to paint the amber lens red? I might consider trading a set of USA lenses for a Euro set..
