I told the western Canada sales manager that over the phone when he called me about my very negative Dealer survey for my 2012 Sierra. A truck with 745 Miles on it shouldn't need 6 ****ing valve springs replaced (all broken).
And when the dealers idea of "helping" 20 minutes to close on a long weekend was to have my wife drive it back to the stealership on 4 cyl and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. They give her a 2003 Avalanche that reeked of death and barely had enough fuel in it to get to a ****ing gas station 150 yards away. "Oh all of our in dealer demos are out for the weekend and our rental company is closed". I had a 70 hour layaway in the Alyth bunkhouse. When I got off that Train I drove to the Dealer and I was on the warpath. Good times....
