I am new to the world of G-Bodys. I just picked up this 1982 El Camino SS from my uncle in Arkansas.

Well i am on my way back Arkansas in the El Camino, but right now i am stuck in Oklahoma due to engine trouble... It was running good till i got some gas, i put in some fuel treatment and high octane gas (91) and then headed out in the road.

It started running very badly.. I made it to yukon, ok and had get towed to a repair shop..
I had two bent push rods, 2 stuck valves, the timimg was out of whack and the distributer was lose too. And it seems the camshaft is worn out too.

It is supposed to fixed in the morning. And then i can make way back to Las Vegas, NV.
