Hello all.

I am a noob from Michigan that picked up my first car this past summer. A 79 Olds Cutlass Supreme to be exact. I haven't done much to it since I picked it up. Only has the original 260 putter in it but runs good. Great interior, but needs some body work and paint.

I would like to make changes to it as time and money allows. Black exterior, black interior with a decent street motor that doesn't need to be floored to get on the highway. Not looking to drag, just a daily driver.

Thats all I can think of right now. But I hope to learn from others on the boards and help out when possible.

Thank you.

upandaway84,
Welcome to the site! This is a good site with good people here as well. It's always nice to welcome new people from Michigan too! Like crash said ( hey Ryan, hope you had a good holiday week), where are you located in Michigan? I'm in Auburn between Bay City and Midland.

Welcome and lets see some pics!!

I'll get on that when weather permits. Currently buried in the snow.

At the moment living in Kalamazoo (Student at WMU) but originally from Lansing.

My daughter went to WMU for a semester (because her boyfriend at the time went there), then transfered to UM Flint ( broke up with her boyfriend). Do you plan on taking summer classes?

I would be going to UofM if they had an Aviation program, but WMU is the only school in the state with a Bachelor program. The plan is to take summer classes to graduate a semester earlier. Unfortunately that means limited time to work on my car. But I'm doing as much research as possible with my free time. Including lots of reading on the forums here. My current knowledge is limited but I intend on changing that. Glad to be here looks like I can learn quite a bit.

Welcome!!!
I am a n00b also...and from the looks of it, this is the place to be.
